Monday Pictures

So far this is all we have for the nursery. I'm sure it will all come together in the next couple of months. I love this crib! I've caught Brady more then once just sitting in the nursery looking at the crib. I will then go join him and we will talk about how it will be when Case is here. I can't wait.
Yes, my sink is the retro avocado green. I like it. I made the curtains above the sink. I used some napkins I found at Pier One, Stitch Witch and some ribbon. The are by no means perfect, but I think they look pretty good. If only I could take down that yucky wallpaper border. Any thoughts on how to cover it????

Oh sweet goodness....I finally have a dining room table. No more sitting on the floor eating on the coffee table. You don't even know how much I enjoy this table. WE WILL be a family that sits down for dinner at the table. We might reserve a weekend movie night with pizza to eat in the living room, but every other night will be at the table. My family did it growing up and so I want my family to do it now.

Okie and Dixie on my expensive pregnancy pillow (which did not work by the way!) enjoying the view of outside. They still don't quite understand that it is their backyard, they don't have to share it with every other neighborhood dog. They will learn...

And last but not least....a baby bump shot. Ok, so maybe more of a BIG bump. My tummy is growing at an alarming rate. I can't imagine how big I will be in a few weeks.
Notice Dixie trying to get my attention. You would think we totally ignore her. Poor puppy.

I love the new place!!! You say that's "all" you have for the nursery, but I think it's great so far. Heck, I didn't get Em's crib until 2 weeks before she was born! You won't use it for several months, anyway...

Those curtains are SO YOU! I'm always in awe of your craftiness. As far as the border, I don't think there's anything you can do other than remove it. I had that exact same border in a rent house in college. Who ever thought borders were a good idea anyway?

I could see you being a dinner table family. We had dreams of that, but unfortunately the U.S. Army doesn't agree with us. The table seems too empty and kinda sad when it's just me and Em. I think it's wonderful to have that family time around the table, though!

And finally, you look ADORABLE. I'm so sad that I haven't gotten to see you since you've been pregnant. :o( I wanna touch that belly!

Yeah, Brady wanted to go buy the bedding as soon as we put up the crib. I told him to hold off on that one.
I think that wallpaper as a whole is a bad deal. I'm not a fan.
Are you going to be able to come to the OKC shower Can is throwing? If not, do you wanna come to Wyandotte for the shower my family is throwing??? I'll have Casey send you an invite. Let me know.

You look totally fab, my friend!

Also, I love that Brad Paisley song "all because two people fell in love". I can't wait to see the finished product!

You look great! Make sure I get a shower invite, I'm dangerous in the baby department. What does the bedding look like?

The shower is March 21st and will be getting an invite. The bedding is muted primary colors with barnyard animals on it....horses, cows, etc. There is even a dog driving a red tractor. It's really cute. Brady and I both agreed on it, so that was good.
